Experimental Live Blogging and Combating Reading Slumps
Hey, hi, hello there reader.
Tragic news, dear reader. I'm in a reading slump. I have several books still on my TBR list and zero motivation to pick any of them up.
To try to combat this, reader, I'm going to attempt a few things. First, I'm reading something self-indulgent, in the hopes that it'll knock me out of this slump. Second, I wanted to try liveblogging one of the books on my TBR.
Now, I realize that the 'live blogging' itself will be less than live given that this is a blog. But I still want to try. Hopefully it won't turn into a stream of consciousness mess.
I'm not entirely sure which book I'm going to use for this experiment. Out of the ones I have, Archived by Victoria Schwab is the shortest, but it is also the one that I keep picking up and setting down the most. (I'm not sure why that is, reader. On the surface it's a fine book. I just keep bouncing off it.)
At any rate, tune in next week for my wild and crazy experiment.
Apologies for not having something more substantial this week, reader. It's getting towards the end of term and I have Much School Reading (tm).
Until next time, reader 🎃
