February TBR

 Well hey, hello there reader.

We've made it through yet another month with or without snow, depending on your locale. We had just a little snow here which was nice to look at but not to drive in. Your mileage may vary on just how much snow is too much snow to drive in. I am but a humble valley dweller so I can only handle a little snow before I start lamenting the fact that I cannot strap on cross country skis and just slide everywhere. My balance is just too awful for that sort of activity, reader.

But let's move on to the books. I shall say more about the books I read in the month of January next Wednesday. For now, reader, here are the books I'd like to read in February.

February's TBR
  • The Silver Chair by CS Lewis
  • Daughters of Smoke and Bone by Laini Taylor
  • The Secret History by Donna Tartt
  • Calling Rain by Karen Marie Christa Minns
  • Sawkill Girls by Claire Legrand
  • The Only Good Indian by Stephan Graham Jones
  • Chasing a Ghost by DA Ravenscroft
  • A History of Ancient Egypt by John Romer
  • The Motion of Light in Water by Samuel R Delany
  • Outlaw by Anna North
  • Midnight Rider by DV Wolfe

There you have it. As you can see, I'm back on my CS Lewis train after taking a month off. That was mostly because I forgot to write down which book I was on and then I moved all of my books last month. There was a lot going on, reader. We have a few iconic books like The Secret History and a few by authors I know, either personally or via blog-following. One of these is a reread, but I'll keep which one secret. I do love little mysteries when I'm the one who knows the answer, reader.

Before I sign off I'd like to show you my newly organized bookcase. I'm pleased with how well they fit in the new room.

I might eventually cave and find ebook copies of all my Terry Pratchett paperbacks. I haven't yet, but the fact remains that they are very hard to fit onto a shelf. Hence why I stacked them on the top.

Anyway, this is my list of books to read in February. Whether I will read them is anyone's guess.

Until next time, dear reader🎃
