March TBR

Welcome back, dear readers.

Once again another month has come and gone. Daffodils are sprouting, the sun is out, and my dratted lawn is starting to grow again. Why do I have a lawn, reader? Humanity has moved past the need for lawns. What am I, The Sun King of France? One day I shall remove my lawn and plant something useful like food or wild flowers. Until that time I'm stuck watching grass grow.

But enough about my lawn vendetta, reader. Let me show you the books I plan to read in the month of March.

March's TBR

  • Zami: A New Spelling of My Name by Audre Lorde
  • How Long 'Til Black Future Month by NK Jemisin
  • Chasing a Legacy by DA Ravenscroft
  • The Motion of LIght on Water by Samuel Delany
  • The Once and Future Witches by Alix E. Harrow
  • Days of Blood and Starlight by Laini Taylor
  • Hyde by Daniel Lavine
  • The Horse and His Boy by CS Lewis

There are a few repeats, because I foolishly selected several tomes to read in the shortest month of the year. I'm not a slow reader, but I can be a highly unmotivated one. Sometimes a body just wants to sit and replay Pokemon Pearl.

An exciting new tale of suspense now drafted, I'm going to retreat back into my lair.

Until next time, dear reader 🎃
